Latest run: 16 Oct 2026 at 05:40 (Paris). History since 14 Oct 2026 (3 days).

How prices are collected. Every morning at 05:40 Paris time we record the displayed price of every accommodation at the 7 French Center Parcs villages on centerparcs.fr, for every arrival date on sale and every stay length (2 to 11 nights, and 14 nights), about 11 months ahead. A run takes just over an hour. History starts on 14 October 2026.

What the prices include. The price of the whole stay for one cottage (not per person), VAT included, tourist tax excluded, as displayed before booking. Displayed discounts (for example Last Minute) are already deducted. Paid extras are not included.

What we publish. Derived figures: the minimum and median price per arrival week for a reference cottage (Premium for 4 where it exists), the 5 cheapest arrival dates, a summary of week-over-week rises and falls (against the first run on 14 Oct 2026 while history is shorter than 7 days), and a "selling fast" signal based on availability: at most 3 accommodation types per village, those with the most arrival dates with 3 or fewer left (at least 10 such dates) over the next 8 weeks. We do not publish the full price grid and we do not provide raw data.

Prices move during the day. Between the morning run and the afternoon a price can move by a few euros, sometimes more when cottages sell out or come back on sale. The figures on this site are the morning ones; the time is shown on every page. Always check the price on centerparcs.fr before booking.

What this site is not. It is not affiliated with Center Parcs or Groupe Pierre & Vacances. It does not forecast prices: with 3 days of history it shows what changed, not what will change. Contact: contact@prixsejour.fr.
